Cancellation & Refund Policy
AthleteCo Common Ground is a limited-capacity, highly curated movement experience. Because our divisions, brackets, match schedules, and 5v5 teams are carefully pre-assigned based on athlete ability, last-minute cancellations deeply impact the experience of other attendees.
Therefore, our cancellation and refund terms are strictly outlined below:
1. Ticket Transfers - We understand that life happens. If you can no longer attend the event, you may transfer your Athlete Pass to another person.
Transfer requests must be made via email at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
The substitute athlete must play in the same sport and division (Club/League/Elite) you originally registered for, as brackets cannot be re-engineered last minute.
2. Cancellations & Refund Windows - Because custom Athlete Kits (apparel, bags, and gear) are sent to production weeks in advance, and brackets are manually seeded, we cannot offer full refunds. If you cannot find a replacement athlete to transfer your pass to, the following refund structure applies:
14+ Days Before the Event: 50% refund (minus standard payment gateway processing fees).
7 to 13 Days Before the Event: 25% refund (minus standard payment gateway processing fees).
Less than 7 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued. At this stage, divisions are locked, schedules are printed, and your Athlete Kit has been produced.
3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Athletes who do not show up on the day of the event forfeit their pass and their Athlete Kit. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances whatsoever.
Please adhere to your pre-assigned time slots. Late arrivals may forfeit their bracket position to ensure the tournament runs on time for all other athletes.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement by AthleteCo In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement by AthleteCo Private Limited (e.g., severe weather, venue issues, or force majeure), all registered athletes will be offered the choice of:
A full 100% refund to their original payment method.
A guaranteed transfer of their pass to the rescheduled date.
How to Request a Transfer or Refund:
Please email our team at info@athleteco.in with your full name, registered email address, and your Townscript booking ID. Refunds approved by AthleteCo will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Terms of Service & Assumption of Risk
Welcome to AthleteCo. By accessing our website, purchasing an Athlete Pass, or participating in any AthleteCo Private Limited events (including AthleteCo Common Ground), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & Registration
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a pass and participate in our events.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the ticket registration process (including your skill division). We reserve the right to cancel your registration without refund if you misrepresent your identity or ability level to manipulate tournament brackets.
2. Services Provided AthleteCo Private Limited organizes and hosts premium, curated amateur sports tournaments, wellness workshops, and community networking events.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver By purchasing a ticket and attending an AthleteCo event, you acknowledge that participation in physical sports (including but not limited to football, padel, pickleball, and fitness sessions) carries inherent risks of physical injury, illness, or property damage.
You confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate in your chosen activities.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AthleteCo Private Limited, its founders, staff, venue partners, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any personal injury, medical emergency, death, or loss/damage of personal property that occurs before, during, or after the event. You assume all risks associated with your participation.
4. Media & Photography Release AthleteCo events are professionally documented. By attending, you grant AthleteCo Private Limited the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, social media, advertisements, and future brand collateral without compensation or prior approval.
5. Code of Conduct & Venue Rules AthleteCo operates on a strict "No Chaos" ethos. We expect all athletes to display sportsmanship and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, eject, or disqualify any athlete who engages in aggressive behavior, endangers others, or violates the rules of the host venue.
Athletes ejected for conduct violations will not receive a refund.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, video assets, and event formats, is the exclusive property of AthleteCo Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
7. Payments & Cancellations All transactions are subject to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction by your bank or card issuer.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction Any disputes arising out of your use of our website, purchase of a pass, or participation in our events shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of the website or attendance at an event following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase an Athlete Pass or register for an AthleteCo event, as part of the registration process, we collect the personal information you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and event-specific data such as your chosen sport, skill level, and emergency contact information, which is strictly used to seed our brackets and manage event safety.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us optimize the site for your browser and operating system.
Email & SMS Marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails and messages about upcoming AthleteCo events, new formats, early-bird access, and community updates.
CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, register for an event, or join a waitlist, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent? If you change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of our emails, or by contacting us at info@athleteco.in.
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, in the event of a medical emergency at one of our events, or if you violate our Terms of Service.
PAYMENT & TICKETING PARTNERS
We use Townscript and Razorpay for processing event registrations and payments. AthleteCo does not store your credit card data on our servers. Your data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payments. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & TRACKING
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us (such as venue check-ins or ticketing).
Analytics & Advertising: We use tracking tools, including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, to understand how users interact with our website and to serve relevant advertisements to people who have shown interest in AthleteCo. By using our website, you consent to the use of these tracking technologies.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application (like our ticketing portal), you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
COOKIES

Shipping & Delivery Policy
AthleteCo Private Limited hosts live, in-person sporting and wellness events. As such, the following delivery terms apply to your purchase:
Digital Ticket Delivery: No physical tickets will be shipped to your postal address. Upon successful payment and registration, you will receive a digital event confirmation and your Townscript Booking ID via the email address provided at checkout. This email serves as your official entry pass.
Timeline: Digital confirmations are dispatched automatically and should arrive in your inbox within 10-15 minutes of a successful transaction.
Physical Goods (Athlete Kits): Any physical items included in your ticket tier (e.g., Athlete Kits, apparel, sponsor merchandise) will not be shipped to your home. These must be collected in person at the venue check-in desk on the day of the event.
